DFDS sells Anglia Seaways

DFDS has entered into an agreement with Attica Group to sell a freight ferry (ro-ro), Anglia Seaways, built in 2000 with a freight capacity of 1,680 lane metres. Delivery of the ferry is expected latest 5 July 2019.

The selling price of the ferry is DKK 90m. The sale is expected to entail a profit of around DKK 35m that will be included in the income statement under Special items.

Capital markets day 2019

DFDS’ management is hosting a capital markets day for institutional investors and analysts on 18 June in Copenhagen.
